Moxy Fayetteville is looking for a Director of Sales who’s more than a traditional hotel sales lead—we need a personality, a brand builder, and someone who’s not afraid to mix a little mischief with their metrics. If you know how to drive revenue and build a brand—you might be our person.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute the hotel’s strategic sales plan. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. Create buzz around Moxy through community partnerships, smart branding, and local involvement. Be the face of the hotel at networking events, campus functions, and local hot spots. Work closely with the GM and revenue team to smash goals and celebrate wins· Think outside the hotel box—forge community partnerships, collaborate with local businesses, and keep our vibe fresh
· Help shape and promote bar programming and events that keep guests and locals coming back
· Drive revenue—but make it fun
Must-Haves:
Previous Director of Sales experience at a hotel (required)Proven success managing accounts, leading proactive sales efforts, and driving top-line revenue. A confident, outgoing personality – you like being in front of a crowd and know how to make connections stick. Branding and marketing savvy, with event experience a plus. Comfortable challenging the usual hospitality norms and thinking creatively. Bonus points for Marriott systems knowledge (CI/TY, One Source, MGS, Fosse, MARSHA, etc.)Why You’ll Love Moxy:
