EMS Connect Program Management Consultant

The Arkansas Ambulance Association (ARAA) is seeking a highly organized, experienced professional to serve as EMS-CONNECT Program Management Consultant, the primary operational project consultant for the ARAA’s EMS Coordinated Network for Emergency Navigation, Community Care & Telehealth (EMS-CONNECT) initiative.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: EMS, healthcare administration, rural healthcare, grant-funded program management, public-sector programs, telehealth, or related fields. Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple organizations and stakeholders, administering grants, contracts or budgets, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with diverse partners. Experience with statewide or multi-agency initiatives, federal or state grant programs, rural EMS or healthcare, healthcare technology or interoperability, and program evaluation or performance measurement is preferred. This contractor position will regularly interact with EMS agencies and healthcare partners throughout Arkansas and will include reimbursed statewide travel, provider and stakeholder meetings, ARAA conferences and training activities, and both remote and in-person coordination with ARAA leadership and project partners.
