The Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association seeks a motivated and collaborative leader dedicated to advancing the asphalt paving industry, supporting its members, and promoting quality infrastructure development throughout the region.
Position Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, advocacy, and growth of the Asphalt Paving Association. This position serves as the primary representative of the association and works closely with contractors, producers, engineers, government agencies, industry partners, and the Board of Directors to advance the asphalt paving industry.
The Executive Director oversees daily operations, membership development, legislative and industry relations, financial management, educational programs, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.
