Registration details

1. Includes: 10X10 table and two chairs. If you want to bring in something special, please get in touch with us so we can help you plan.
2. If you select that you need electricity, we will position you appropriately
3. Set-up time and details TBD but we suggest you plan to be in Little Rock by 2:30 p.m.
4. Hours: 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
5. No breakdown before 6:30 p.m.
6. Based on past events, please prepare for 200 attendees.
7. ASAE will provide tailgate fare and drinks. We encourage you to serve food or beverages from your booth.  
8. Event will happen rain or shine with rain plan in place.
